    Amy Morton
Amy spent her childhood active on the family farm and jetting to a myriad of athletic involvements. She spent three years playing with the Ontario Women’s Rugby team which instilled a passion for strength and conditioning and inspired her to pursue a career in human movement. As an alumni and staff member at Queen’s University, Amy spends her day in clinical biomechanics research and incorporates that knowledge into her coaching (along with some pretty infectious energy!).  An athlete at heart, she doesn't shy away from a good-hearted competition or challenge!
Amy found Crossfit after a knee injury, using the safe and functional movements at Crossfit’s core to rehabilitate and reduce recovery time after reconstructive surgery.  Thanks to Bob’s intelligent programming and attention to scaling, she’s now stronger than ever!

    Meara Michalska
Meara has always loved teaching: from when she was a camp counsellor at RKY camp teaching kids boating and swimming games, to her work as a High School teacher in England for 3 years.

Her love of sport can be traced back to playing soccer and volleyball in high school, though her passion for athletics came as an adult when she discovered running. Running the Paris Marathon is still one of her biggest achievements.

Through Crossfit, Meara has learned the thrill of high intensity interval training, combined with becoming a part of a supportive, active community. Along with fun, functional workouts, she has loved finally having a place to put all of her energies and ample enthusiasm!

Meara is thrilled to be updating Crossfit Limestone’s programming for children aged 6-9. Limestone Lil’ Lifters will be a program based on incorporating games into gymnastics, mobility and improved fitness. As a teacher with the Limestone Board, Meara is eager to provide physical activity that is rooted in play and exploration. From rolls to rowing, tumbling to toes to bar, jumping to barbell work, kids will learn self-confidence with their strength."
