CrossFit Limestone Endurance

Stamina: The power to endure!

Our CrossFit Stamina program is designed for any and all endurance athletes! An endurance athlete is anyone who takes part in long distance running (anything over 400 metres), cycling, swimming, triathlons, endurance-based sports such as soccer, or those participating in obstacle course challenges such as the Warrior Dash and the Spartan Run. It doesnt matter whether you are training for a particular event, want to increase your overall stamina or just looking to increase cardiovascular function CrossFit Stamina can benefit you!

Our CrossFit Stamina program consists of two workouts (aka WODs) a week that are specifically tailored for endurance athletes of all kinds:

WOD 1:
Wednesdays at 6:30 7:30 AM at CrossFit Limestone
These workouts will consist of a warm-up, strength piece (Squat, Deadlift or Press) and then a interval workout on the rowing machine followed by mobility. These workouts are great for the off season to increase your work capacity and strength (without putting endless kilometres in the cold weather)

Please contact us for more details. You do not need to always attend both WODs a week, however we strongly believe you benefit greater from attending both as often as you can. 

All skill levels and abilities are welcome!

CrossFit Level 1 Classes

The Level 1 classes are design for people who are progressing into CrossFit. The primary focus of these classes are on the mechanics and consistency pieces of CrossFit. Workouts are scaled down and the class has more instruction and skill work covering the foundational movements. There is also technique taught on some other basic exercises that we perform at CrossFit Limestone. All are welcomed to work on technique but beginners are still able to attend the other regular classes. These classes are offered on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:15 PM - 7:15 PM and Saturdays at 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

Guerilla Barbell Club

CrossFit Limestone is proud to announce the creation of the Guerrilla Barbell Club - an in-depth program designed to take your Snatch, Clean, Jerk, Deadlift and Squat to the next level. The barbell club will run two intense goal oriented sessions per week. The primary focus is an increase in absolute strength that will directly increase WOD performance or help you prepare for your first weightlifting competition. This program is geared towards intermediate lifters to take their game to the next level.

Open Gym

Open Gym are the times when you can come in and do your own workout. You can come in and either do a strength based workout, a long WOD or just work on your skills. The gym is yours. We will always have an instructor there to assist you in form corrections and help with safety. And if you ever need an idea for a WOD I am sure we can come up with a few. 

CrossFit Limestone Juniors
Coordination, agility, balance and accuracy are four general physical skills that are improved through practice.
CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers and helps them develop a life long love of fitness. In a group setting, kids participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well rounded athletes. The movements involved in CrossFit Limestone Juniors include all the things kids do when they play, pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. The CF Limestone Juniors program focuses on providing an exciting and interactive environment that shows you can had fun without technology.
We have two groups:
CrossFit Limestone Elementary will be children from 6 to 9. 
CrossFit Limestone Preteen will be children from 10 to 12.
The class is on Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM. It will run for 10 weeks for $150.

Classes last 60 minutes on average and are composed of a warm up, main workout and a game. Workouts are constantly varied and no two session will be the same. Your child will never get bored of the same activities and will always leave wanting more.

Discounts: Receive a 10% discount one the second child a 20% discount on the third child. Please ask for details.
