We will be taking part in the CrossFit Open 2013 workouts each week during Friday evening classes. If you are interested in signing up please register here.  If you are not interested in competing, but still want to try the Open WODs then please make sure you register for the Friday evening classes. We will make the WODs scalable for everyone to take part. Good luck to all competing!
