  1. Hey,Yeah - Na. Yes you are right though your looking at it from the a sports perception of fitness, not an exercise science perception of fitness. Which from the best i can tell is how Crossfit methodology looks at it. Like two sides of a coin, no mater how you look at it its still just a coin.Thank you !!!
