On Friday January 17 we will be doing a fundraiser WOD for Kevin Ogar. He is a fellow Crossfitter who was badly injured this weekend at a CrossFit competition in the United States. He is paralyzed from the waist down. A website has been set up to help him with all the costly medical bills.
