On Wednesday nights we will be starting to offer Mobility Flow classes. It will be lead by Krista Gansterer (www.joyfulbalance.co) on Wednesday nights from 7:30 to 8:30. The mobility classes are designed to explore movement patterns with increasing mobility that will help daily life and sport.
